useful to be cultured in mental health to keep healthy and your family members.
There many different types of grief. Let’s discuss them in simple information.

  1. UNRESOLVED
    GRIEF

This is where the person has not resolved their feelings of grief.

2- INHIBITED GRIEF

This occurs when some of the feelings associated with grief are not expressed.

3-DISTORTED GRIEF

This is can be associated with guilt and anger. It can take unexpected forms.

4-ABSENT GRIEF

The person doesn’t show grief. But may show it later.

5-CHRONIC GRIEF

This can occur when a survivor has been totally dependent on the person who has died, so finds it hard to cope without them.

6-CONFLICTED GRIEF

Conflicted grief can occur where the person has an ambivalent relationship with the deceased, such as loving and hating the deceased.
