we feel something is wrong in ourselves or in the others, but we can’t know or understand
what this is exactly. So, it is better to have good knowledges about the
psychological analyses to live happy.

discuss the inferiority and superiority in simple information to know it is so
important to care of mental health well.

Adler
argued that we should strive for superiority. He did
not mean this in an antisocial sense. Adler’s belief was that feelings of
inferiority are normal, and rather than being a sign of weakness, is what
drives us forward. As soon as we feel an inferiority feeling, we strive to
overcome that feeling, driven by a need to achieve superiority and
