  • 5-Punching a punch bag
  • 6-Safe fighting can be a good way to get rid of aggression
  • 7-Go for a walk
  • 8-Play sport
  • 9-Do a messy painting session

It can sometimes be helpful for children to talk to adults outside the family. For example, teachers. They may not feel able to talk about a lost parent, for example, to the other parent, when they can see that the parent is upset.
